Repeat after me: GROUP THERAPY WORKS WONDERS.
It’s true. i am a BIG BIG BIG believer/advocate for group. i’ve seen it work. i’ve seen people have breakthroughs. As a facilitator/counselor, i definitely believe that it works better than individual sessions (particularly for populations such as substance abuse, eating disorders, anger management and many more!) GO TO GROUP!!!!!!!
